Which photos do we need?
One or two photos per room are enough, taken from the doorway so the whole room is visible. Do not forget the cellar, the attic, the garage, the garden shed and the garden: that is often where most of the volume is.
- the town and street (for the loading bay and the distance)
- the floor, and whether there is a lift and how big it is
- what you are taking yourself, or what must stay
- the date the property has to be empty
