House clearance in Brussels and across Flanders
We are based in Brussels and clear homes, flats, offices and warehouses in all 19 Brussels communes and in every Flemish province: Antwerp, East and West Flanders, Flemish Brabant and Limburg. The big cities have their own page with the local rules. Living in a smaller town? We work there too, under the rules of your own municipality.

House clearance outside the big cities
Most of Flanders is made up of smaller towns and villages, from Zaventem and Tervuren on the edge of Brussels to the Kempen, the Waasland and the coast. We clear homes there in exactly the same way: photos, a fixed price, one crew and a broom-clean handover. The only things that change are local: the town hall where you request a loading bay, the intercommunal recycling park, and the distance, which is part of the price.
Tell us the town when you send your photos. The nearest city page above gives a good idea of the rules in the region; your own municipality's website has the exact procedure for the loading bay.

One fixed price for your clearance
Send photos of every room, including the cellar, the attic and the garage, and tell us the town. You get one fixed price in advance, with no obligation.
