About House Clearance Service
House Clearance Service is a clearance crew from Brussels. We do one thing: empty properties completely, from a studio to a warehouse, and hand them back swept.
What we do, and what we do not
We take on complete jobs: a house or flat, an office, a warehouse, or at least a full cellar, attic or garage. We do not collect single pieces of furniture, and we do not clean: we hand back broom-clean.
How we work
Every job starts with photos. From those we set one fixed price, agreed before the work begins. On the day, the crew arrives with the truck and, where the stairs are too narrow, a ladder lift. What can be reused goes to second-hand shops; the rest is sorted for the recycling park and licensed processors.
Who we work for
Many of our clients are people who live in Belgium but do not speak Dutch or French at home: expats leaving the country, international staff ending a lease, families clearing a parent's home from abroad. That is why the site, the price and the arrangements are in English.
